Gestión Compartida is a Clarín Group company with over 600 professionals, located in the Technology District, boasting an annual turnover of $470,000,000. Its most prestigious clients include Shell and GoldCorp.
Mark Lovers’ contribution focused on relaunching its image, integrating new solutions, and external communication; through strategies aimed at covering new markets and its expansion in Argentina and Latam.
Challenge
Reposition the Gestión Compartida brand as a leader in outsourcing and technology. Define the company’s value proposition resulting in a new corporate identity, communicated clearly both internally and externally.
Solution
We supported the company in planning, coordinating, and developing its new Business Model. We developed its new marketing strategy, in the context of business renewal and updated service offerings. We designed its new brand system and promotional structure for its business units. We created a website according to its new image, showing useful information for its clients. We redesigned its corporate service offer, adapting it to the needs of its buyers.
We implemented digital content that better communicates the value proposition of each operational unit. The strategy of this content is driven and managed by a marketing automation tool, allowing for nurturing and qualifying potential customers. This tool accompanies the customer’s purchase decision process automatically, following, and storing information on user behavior in response to marketing inputs.
Results
The new branding system improved the organization’s positioning, allowing it to compete in the market in a current and attractive way.
It accompanied the change of vision and culture brought by the new CEO. It increased the brand’s presence in online and offline media, as well as at events and public spaces.
The new strategic vision generated synergy between the
Marketing Department, General Management, the Sales Department, and the Management of each Operational Unit.
More clients were captured, and economic resources were optimized through marketing activities focused on results. Last-generation marketing technologies were incorporated into the commercialization processes.

We designed and developed the new responsive website, with content and forms for data capture. The site’s photographs, like all content, are from the company’s real locations and its employees.
