Challenge

The challenge was to implement a digital promotion system for a brand of antihistamines from Laboratorios Legrand, using a flagship content strategy and a plan for engaging potential customers.

The goal was to capture leads for the brand and generate traffic to the “Mi Salud en Línea” blog, surpassing the results of previous campaigns and achieving a conversion rate of 30%. Skills in marketing, design, web development, and data analysis were required to achieve an effective strategy and increase the brand’s online presence.

Solution

To achieve the project’s objective, a flagship content strategy and a plan for engaging potential customers were implemented. Relevant content focused on diseases and patient support was created for the company’s blog, targeting individuals who were potential consumers of the brands and medications produced by the laboratory.
Landing pages, infographics with symptoms, tips, and improvements in the quality of life for allergic patients, automatic email flows to nurture the captured database, and over 200 audiovisuals for social media were created. All of this was aimed at inviting users to visit the brand’s blog, “Mi Salud en Línea.

Automatic email flows were set up to nurture the captured database and maintain constant communication with potential clients.

Additionally, advertising campaigns were carried out on social media and search engines to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the blog.

Results

The project results were highly satisfactory. The implementation of the flagship content strategy and the plan for engaging potential customers generated a database of highly qualified and engaged leads, allowing Laboratorios Legrand de Colombia to establish deeper and more lasting relationships with its clients.

The digital promotion efforts significantly increased the brand visibility and consumption of its antihistamine in the Colombian market. Additionally, the flagship content strategy and the plan for engaging potential customers generated greater brand awareness and increased customer loyalty.
